Cam discovered his love for skimo while training for the Grand Traverse in college. Fast forward a few years and he is now going into his 7th year representing USA Skimo. Along the way Cam has reached the podium in a World Cup, finished top-10 in the Pierra Menta, and won 11x U.S. National championships. These results have surprised a few considering he spends racing trips trying to eat as many croissants as possible while carrying around an excessive amount of hair. Though he seems convinced both are contributing factors to his competitive success.

During the summer months Cam likes to spend his time daydreaming about skimo and the winter to come. Though during this time can sometimes be seen riding bikes, running mountains, and working for the Adaptive Sports Center in Crested Butte.
